Thought for the day is "life is a merry-go-round"... I spent most of the day yesterday with a friend who`s job has unexpectedly come to an end... She was upset and l was a shoulder to cry on as l am most happy to be, but it set me a thinking... About merry-go-rounds.
So later l sketched a little sketch X:-) and pondered a bit upon the idea that if we do not accept that our lives are an organic, constantly changing scene, then we can get caught up riding the same old ride... playing the same old scenes and scenario`s, caught up in the same old drama`s, and we sometimes can even get ill trying to find the energy to stay on that same pretty horse...
...And all the time we can be missing all the beautiful opportunities that life is offering us... The opportunities for stretching our imaginations and living a more authentic life, truer to ourselves, truer to our inner whispers... Yes the merry-go-round is a beautiful ride but remember l say to my friend (and whisper to myself) not to stay too long on the same ride... x
