And now for a little weather update...

That hot, hot day, stretched into a hot, hot night...
that never went below 30 degrees Celsius!
(At 8pm it was 41 degrees and 37 at midnight)

...and we have NO air conditioning ~here~ at home! (See the melted kitty!)

But the car does, so we went for a drive
and at 8.30pm until 11pm my family and i were at... the beach...
...in the dark... with everybody else
(whom i assume also had no air conditioning at home!)

The beach was packed! And the air was thick!

And even thinking about it now...

(that it is 23 degrees & raining!!! siggghhhhhh...)

i still feel a little claustrophobic!
As it was the hottest night recorded for my home state in a century!
(Not that you would know it by the smile on my little Lara's face!)

After the beach we drove around the city...

Until 1am or so when we arrived home... to our hot, hot house!
For a very sweaty night

At around 3pm today it broke, with a small thunder storm

...We can ~breathe~ again!

YIPpEE!!!

(Ps) Please dear God send this beautiful breeze over to my luverley bloggy friend ~SweetMango~ (Before her little faeries melt tOO!)

(PPs) 30 degrees Celsius = 86 degrees Fahrenheit
37 degrees Celsius = 98.6 degrees Fahrenheit
41 degrees Celsius = 105.8 degrees Fahrenheit!!! (IN THA SHADE!!!)

We have cold weather and snow. It's kinda nice to hear and see pictures of hot hot weather.

Tho that temperature is a bit too hot for me too.
