i can't remember now who?
But some sweet person (Connie or Sweetmango?)
TaGGed me and asked what do i do to keep sane on a daily basis?
and so here is my answer...

i meditate
i blog
i walk with my heart open

i sing
i whistle
i remember that i am spirit

i lay on the grass
and watch the clouds drift
and i hold everything i see as mystical

i try to see myself in others
as i step into their shoes
and sometimes i cry for us

i honour Gods creatures
and listen to their calls
for therein lies the wisdom of the ages

i believe everyday
in angels
and faeries
and magical things

i ~create~ ART (from the heart)
in whatever form that takes...
For a few years there, it was making babies! X;-)

i learn new things
whenever i can
such as Reiki
(i ~love~ Reiki)

and as i learn to love myself
as i love you
i remember to hold everyday
as the precious gift
that it was always intended to be
