Very cool idea...
my book is "The Audacity of Hope"
by (the cutest, smartest, eloquent president around) Barack Obama :)
"Sometimes finding the right balance is easy."
Ooooo Vicki, mine is a bit prophetic too, just what I am trying very hard to do....now you see, I just said I am trying very HARD, yet he says it's relatively EASY....I need to re-look at how I am tackling this issue :) :) :)
thanks, that was fun.
Are you having a good day??
Love me
Dear ~Me~
Yes i am having a lovely restful day X:-) Luv ~Me tOO~ xox
lol -- I had to go through three books to come up with a sentence that had any meaning at all, and this isn't even that great. It's from the book The Shack by Wm. Paul Young
"Mack felt like he was moving in slow motion inside a hurricane of activity happening all around him."
That was a bit how I felt in the last week before Christmas. I felt like I was on my feet for 3 solid weeks, and doing so much, no matter how joyfully, that I had mush for brains. Now though, I'm getting some rest and am starting to be able to think straight again.
Vicki -- I got the MOST wonderful surprise -- a gift from YOU!!!!! Something HAND MADE, clearly with lots of LOVE! You are very talented and it's a thrill to have something from you. Thank you thank you thank you. I sent you something too but I guess it has not come yet... :-(

Hi, thank you for visiting and commenting on my angel post. :)
I decided to try your idea and looked for a book I have not started to read yet. My husband gave me this, it's called:
Meditation: Easy Techniques to Help You Relax and Focus~by Jan Purser
"In one study conducted in the United States in the 1970s, over two hundred people suffering with pain held a crystal in their hand and the majority reported an almost immediate reduction in their pain levels."
i think i need to read this book :)
Best wishes, Becky
