Away in the Neva~neva

Oh mi hunnies ~Life~
is tricky at the moment
Is it not?

Everything around me at the moment
is reflecting my innermost thinking...
and it is a most *confusing* state of affairs
if one does not stay ~grounded~
and clear...

My CranioSacral Therapist
is planting my toes deep in the earth
and he is all that is between me
and the sky at the moment

All that is between me
and a floating away into the Never~never
And i see it in your eyes too
and hear it in your blogs too

i know am not alone in this

Stay grounded
Listen to your heart beating
Concentrate on your breathing
and remember to Breathe it out again too
for now is not the time to hold onto your breath

Associate with like minds
and speak your Truth...
Trust those fleeting pictures in your mind
it is your Soul speaking
Take note of your dream~state
it is your Guidance calling
Go sit by the sea
sit under a tree

and ~Know~
that you are not alone

For i am ~here~ too
