i 'understood' this today as i sat waiting for a friend in hospital
to complete a string of tests...
and another face from my school community
quietly passed on a trolley to complete some too...
and my mind wandered upon another
(as i watched a young boy swollen and broken
wheeled into the x-ray dept)
who too has fallen upon some sad news of late
and i sent up a Prayer to the Heavens...
that i might learn to be ~Kinder~ than necessary

You are so right about this. Thank you for reminding me of this truth. Today I will remember to be kinder then necessary because you are so right, everyone we meet is fighting some kind of battle. I will have to print this off!
A much needed reminder....I have been so emmeshed in all of my personal problems, I have not been as kind or patient as I should....
