i'm just a bit unbalanced!

"Well, we've known about THAT for years!"
My closest and dearest might jibe!

BUT i'm not talking about my ~quirkiness~
i'm talking about my HORMONES!

Got my results back yesterday from the Natropath...
She asked me if i felt that i had dramatic mood swings or feelings of depression?
i replied that every morning
for a very long time now
i have to talk to myself about
~facing~ each day...

"Well," she said "Is it any wonder with your hormonal levels!"
My Oestrone (E1) is 60 ...normal levels are between 2-9 (!!!)
(No wonder the cancer which is ER+ is having a field day!)
My Progesterone (P4) is 549 and should be a minimum of 1,000
as are all my other hormones (ie) on the low side...

"So can you explain then why before each monthly period
i have a ~wonderful~ feeling/day of ~happiness~"
i asked my Natropath (Robin)...
and she replied "That is when you hormones are your most 'normal' level (ie) When your Oestrone level drops..."
"WoW so potentially i could be like THAT ~wonderful~
ALL the time???"..."Yes" she ~smiled~

~Relief~
it's just my ~hormones~
i will find my way out of this maze
i can do this...

i just need a little ~balance~ again X:-)

(i will get back to that book: What your doctor may not tell you about Breast Cancer: How Hormone Balance can save your life by John R Lee MD, David Zava PH.D & Virginia Hopkins)

I don't know how hormones work with cancer but... I had to find a new obgyn last year in order to deal with my hormonal imbalance. I am now taking a daily compounded hormone pill made from plant extracts and all of my horrible symptoms-hot flashes, sleepless nights and memory issues have all but gone away. I feel like my normal self again-except I don't have a period and more-and that's ok with me!
I hope you and your Doc gets it all figured out for you so you will feel GREAT every day!

Thanks for sharing Vicki!
