That's all folkz

Just reading...

sewing...

dollies...

and sketching my thoughts...

That's all for today...

*Well actually technically
that's not exactly a true picture...
But my head is so fuLL to tha BRIM with

"STUFF!"

at the moment that...
it's times like these that i try keeping my fingers all the busier
so that my small cluttered mind can rest
a little...

so i don't explode!
or implode!
or do whatever one does physically when ones mind has just got so much to think about that nothing else will FIT IN!!!

sighhhhh...

Nothing life threatening

Just re-living my childhood through one of my children again...

Can someone get that phone?

~Breathe~

Oh the things we go through. There is not a female soul out here that doesn't understand what you are saying. Go out in the back yard and dance around a tree. Light a fire and throw some herbs in, and dance, dance dance.

One of my favorite Yoga teachers will guide us through this series of powerful and a bit exhausting and painful series of sun salutations...then when we're finished, hanging our bodies over our knees in a silly Yoga rest--just dieing--she' ll say "Let it go. Just let it go." In this very stern and sharp tone.

I feel like saying that to you.

Let it go.
Just let it go.

(I'm loving all your art Vicki...I'm loving you!)

Peace & Love.

Hah! Yes, the too full mind. It can be intimidating. I am reliving my past through my grandchildren now. One is in a drama-filled space right now trying to find her way in the world. I hope it will all turn out for the best. And I hope your mind - and life - quiet down. (but not too much - that wouldn't be fun) - Jeanne
