Geez chickies...

I'm such a "shlup" sometimes... How do YOU stand it!?!

...Here's what's REALLY going on in my hEaD today...

(...I think l'm even driving mySELF a little CRAZY!...)

I went to a VERY interesting meeting/private seminar of a sort, last night that almost made my ears bleed!... I know. l know. RASH language (!!) BUT just when you think you have 'The Secrets to the Universe' kinda sorted (Or at least you've settled on YOUR version of it)... then someone comes along and just blows your mind... It rEaLLy isn't fair!

...REALLY NOT fAiR! ...and Yes l am alone..."shouting"... at the computer...and the cat...

Oh he's gone...

...and now l'm... lonely...

Well if nothing else you now know that l am just like you... a little mad... a little sad...

..."human" l guess... (???)

Well I'm afraid l've had to tell the sewing machine that she has the day off today because l'm off to 'gaze' at the sun now... (Don't ask... just google!) http://www.solarhealing.com/sungazing.htm

(Ps) I hope your day is off to a better start than mine! Arrrggghhhh!.....

Ah that's ~bEtTeR~

X:-)

...R u still there?

...I promise to tRy to be more 'sane' again tomorrow...

Yep, I think those feelings and those kind of days is definitely called, being human. I'm gonna check out the sungazing site. Sounds interesting. Hope your tomorrow is better :).

That was nothing, you will have to be a lot crazier than that to turn me off. lol

The sungazing stuff looks interesting. It could be a bit challenging to do the barefoot stuff this time of year. Also there are a lot of bitey things in my grass. But I know the barefoot would be really good for me. Anyway, I printed it out.

it was too late to check out the link, but I just read thru the website and sungazing sounds incredible. First, it gets us outside- If done in the morning, it gets us out of bed, and then all the benefits it gives us. I think this is the ultimate one with mother earth. By gracing the sun rise or set, we are experiencing her wonders. Thank you for opening my eyes( no pun intended) to something new and fabulous!
